Account Security

User Conduct

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Impersonate another brand or entity

Violate intellectual property rights

Engage in spam, phishing, or malicious activities

Attempt to circumvent verification processes

Interfere with the platforms operation or security

Harvest or collect user data without authorization

Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code

Content & Ownership

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to BrandVerify, including brand information, logos, and descriptions. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute this content through our Service.

Our Content

All platform features, design, software, and proprietary technology are owned by BrandVerify and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Verification Process

Our verification process is designed to ensure authenticity:

Discretionary Approval: We reserve the right to approve or deny any verification request at our sole discretion.

Review Timeline: Most verifications are completed within 24-48 hours, but timelines may vary.

Revocation: Verified status may be revoked if terms are violated or information becomes inaccurate.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Your data will be removed according to our data retention policies.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability
